Client policy confirmation pending

The organizer has not yet confirmed live refund eligibility, request deadlines, response times or processing timelines. No blanket “no refunds” rule is asserted. These details and a working support contact are required before collecting real payments.

Demo and test payments

No money moves in the custom demo or Razorpay Test Mode, so there is no financial payment to refund. You may cancel an unfinished simulation or close Test Checkout; cancellation does not itself confirm payment or unlock a greeting.

Issues the live support process must cover

• Duplicate payments for the same intended experience.
• Incorrect charges or a payment that differs from the stated ₹10.
• A captured payment where the greeting did not unlock or could not be delivered.
• Other legitimate payment or cancellation concerns.

If payment is captured but the greeting is missing

Keep the original browser open so verification can complete. Do not make another payment just to retry delivery. Retain the payment reference, approximate time, amount and a description of the issue. Once the client supplies the support contact, the organizer must investigate against payment-provider records and arrange restoration or an appropriate refund according to the confirmed policy and applicable rights.

Never send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or API secret in a support request. Opening a payment app or cancelling the browser flow cannot reverse a captured transaction; any refund must be handled through the approved merchant/provider process.
